2. Personal data processed

Browsing data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (such as IP addresses, browser type, device parameters). This data is used solely to ensure the correct functioning and security of the site.

Data provided voluntarily: when you fill in the "Discovery Call" form you provide us with data such as name, company, email address, phone number, role and the content of your message. This data is sent by email to our contact address via an email (SMTP) service in order to handle your request.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

Data provided through the contact form is processed to respond to your requests, provide you with information about our services and follow up on the requested Discovery Call. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in responding to the communications received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Browsing data is processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and correct functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, adopting technical and organisational security measures appropriate to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by parties providing services instrumental to the operation of the site and the management of requests (for example hosting and email service providers), appointed as Data Processors where required by law.
